Real estate boards name officers

The Westchester County Board of Realtors and Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service have elected new leaders for 2007.
The Realtors board has elected Harding Mason of the Katonah office of Houlihan Lawrence as its president.
Other board officers elected include vice presidents Devin Willacy of Century 21 Fortunato Realtors in Yonkers and John Kope of Keller Williams NY Realty in Yorktown Heights. Leah Caro of Bronxville-ley Real Estate LLC in Bronxville was elected secretary and treasurer.
The shareholders of the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service Inc. have elected Mark Boyland of the White Plains office of Keller Williams NY Realty as its president. Boyland is about to serve as the 2007 director of the National Association of Realtors.
Other MLS officers elected with Boyland include vice presidents Kevin O’Shea of American Classic Homes Inc. in White Plains, William Reilly of Frances Billingsley Realty Inc. in Katonah and Edward Scrivani of Coldwell Banker Currier & Lazier in Carmel.
Sharlene Forman of Peter J. Riolo Real Estate in Hastings was elected secretary. Sylvia Woods of Regency Homes Realty Inc. in Mount Vernon was elected treasurer.
Both presidents and other officers and directors will be installed at a ceremony on Dec. 13.
