LeCroy in pact to supply oscilloscopes to students

LeCroy Corp. and Microchip Technology Inc. announced today the start of a collaboration to provide participants of Microchip workshops with semiconductor-test equipment. Under the agreement, Chestnut Ridge-based LeCroy will supply oscilloscopes, an electronic device used to view electric current, for use by attendees during instructional workshops at Microchip’s 34 regional training centers worldwide. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
