Debt Resolve gets new director

Debt Resolve Inc., the White Plains-based operator of an online debt collection system, said that Jeffrey Bernstein, a banking and financial services executive, has joined its board of directors. Bernstein is chief executive officer of Stratagem Portfolio Services Inc. of San Rafael, Calif., a consulting firm to credit card issuers, lenders, retailers, utility companies and collection agencies.
