PepsiCo unveils new Aquafina flavors

PepsiCo of Purchase released a vitamin-fortified and fruit-flavored version of its Aquafina brand of bottled water in a bid to capture more health-conscious consumers.

Aquafina Alive contains Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Niacin. An 8-ounce serving has 10 calories and 10 percent of the daily value of the nutrients. The flavors are Berry Pomegranate, Peach Mango and Orange Lime.

PepsiCo will produce Aquafina Alive in 20-ounce plastic bottles and 16.9-ounce six packs in grocery and convenience stores across the nation.
