		<description>Lets do the math. there are 4 weeks in most months. so on top of taxes etc that come out of your pay. $787.32 will be needed just for food. Now if someone is only making 30,000 or even 60,000 dollars a year. This is a difficult feat to attain. why? because you take out taxes and medical care. then you pay mortgage/rent/utility bills then what is left over is for food and incidentals. all of which is then taxed again. now with a new 5 cent deposit on non carbonated beverages thats even more money lost if returns are not brought back. so say good bye to that 3 dollars saved.</description>
