White Plains company makes a deal

Informa Investment Solutions, a White Plains company that provides financial information to the financial services industry, said today that it has acquired Investment Scorecard Inc., a Nashville, Tenn., company that serves more than 720 financial institutions, for an undisclosed price. IIS said Investment Scorecard will operate as a business unit within IIS once the deal closes in April, assuming that regulators approve the sale.
