Pepsi Bottling buys distribution rights for some Cadbury Schweppes brands

The Pepsi Bottling Group Inc., based in Somers, announced today that it completed its acquisition of the distribution and bottling rights for select Cadbury Schweppes brands in Northern California from Nor-Cal Beverage Co. Inc., based in Sacramento, Calif. As a result, PBG has added Dr. Pepper, Squirt and Hawaiian Punch to its beverage portfolio in that region. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

I am really disappointed in that your Ruby Squirt has been discontinued. Why is it that everytime we something really exceptional it’s discontinued???? I would really ask you guys reconsider on bringing back “The Ruby Squirts”. My whole family is the Pepsi Generation!!!!!!!!!!!!! We hate Coca-Cola. So if your going to take over Cadbury’s formulas,Please, Please bring back Ruby Squirts!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m am not one of those people that have nothing else to do, I am really serious about this.
