Purchase-based MVC names board member

Warren E. Holtsberg has been appointed to the board of MVC Capital Inc., a Purchase-based company that invests in small businesses.

In addition, Tokarz Group Advisers LLC, MVCâ€™s investment adviser, appointed Holtsberg to lead its new Chicago office and act as co-head of portfolio management. Holtsberg previously was founder and head of Motorola Ventures for 13 years.
