Pearl River-based Traffix sees earnings rise

Traffix Inc., an interactive media company in Pearl River, earned $678,223 during the first quarter of its fiscal 2007, compared with $422,718 during the same period a year earlier, the company said this morning. On a per-share basis earnings were 5 cents a share during the quarter that ended in February, up from 3 cents. Revenues increased to $18.03 million from $17.02 million.
