Samalin opens two offices

Samalin Investment Counsel has opened its headquarters at 100 S. Bedford Road in Mount Kisco, with a satellite office in Manhattan. The business, headed by Katonah resident Andrew Samalin, provides investment management, private investment structuring, second opinion services and investment policy statement development. Samalin formerly was senior vice president-investments at Morgan Stanley, Prudential and Wachovia Securities.
