Citizens Bank opens in White Plains

Citizens Bank has opened a new in-store branch inside the White Plains Stop & Shop, 154 Westchester Ave. The branch marks the second Citizens Bank in White Plains and the seventh for Citizens Bank in Westchester County, including two branches in New Rochelle, two in Yonkers, and one in Peekskill. The branch manager is Babar Atta.
