EVCI faces delisting from Nasdaq

April
24

EVCI Career Colleges Holding Corp. announced today that it shares face delisting from the Nasdaq Stock Market due to a delay in the filing of the company’s annual report for the year ending Dec. 31. The Yonkers-based company said it has been delayed beyond the April 17 deadline date â€Ĺ“because it continues seeking to complete a financing and a simultaneous restructuring of its bank debt.â€? EVCI said it expects to file its annual report before Nasdaq is required to delist the company, and, if necessary, will appeal the determination and request a hearing.
