Pace grads start Scarsdale law firm

April
25

Three 2006 graduates of Pace Law School, all lifelong residents of Westchester, have started their own Scarsdale-based firm, one of the partners, Thomas Spadaccini, has announced.

The trio, all a bit older than traditional graduate students, Spadaccini, 31, said, became good friends during law school. â€Ε“And we felt like with some of our connections in our network that we might be able to derive enough business to do this on our own and not work for somebody else,â€? he said.

Spadaccini and the other two partners, Max Di Fabio, 43, and Christopher McNerney, 37, found a good deal on office space in a new building in the village and opened the doors on Spadaccini, McNerney & Di Fabio LLP about two weeks ago, Spadaccini said.

The firm has five areas of specialty, he said, including personal injury, matrimony, and estate and trust law, among others.

The office is at 135 Montgomery Ave. and the partners can be reached at 914-725-7300.
