Central Labor Body to hold memorial service

The Westchester/Putnam Central Labor Body, AFL-CIO, will hold a Workers Memorial Day service tomorrow at 4:45 p.m. at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla to remember workers who died or were injured on the job this year, and to demand new workplace safety rules. The Sword of Light Pipe Band of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local No. 3 will play.
