White Plains-based ITT raises guidance

ITT Corp., the giant White Plains-based company that makes night vision goggles for the military, pumps and water meters, said today that it expects 2007 revenues of $8.5 billion, which would be $170 million more than the company previously estimated. Steve Loranger, the company’s chairman, president and chief executive, said at the company’s annual shareholder meeting, the new estimate represents 9 percent growth over the company’s 2006 revenues.
