Debt Resolve reports 1Q results

Debt Resolve Inc., a White Plains company that provides an online debt settlement and collection system, reported a first-quarter loss of $2.11 million, compared to a loss last year of $1.85 million. On a per-share basis, the company lost 28 cents this year and 62 cents during the first quarter of last year.

The company said revenues were $1.14 million this year and $27,264 last year. The company also released projections of its financial results with the acquisition of Creditors Interchange Receivable Management LLC. Debt Resolve said it expects to have 2007 revenues of $69.65 million and 2008 revenues of $89.05 million. The company predicts a profit this year of $3.62 million and of $10.68 million in 2008.
