R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., the Chicago-based commercial printer, announced that it has completed its $412.5 million acquisition of Von Hoffmann, a printer of educational books. The business was previously owned by Visant Corp., the Armonk-based marketing and publishing services company. The deal was first announced on Jan. 3.
