Harrison-based ITT names new CFO

ITT Corp., the giant Harrison company that makes night-vision goggles for the military, said this morning that Denise L. Ramos, the chief financial officer for Furniture Brands International in St. Louis, will become ITT’s chief financial officer.
Ramos, 50, will succeed George E. Minnich, 57, who is retiring, the company said. Ramos has worked in finance-related jobs for nearly 30 years.
ITT shares were trading at $67.18, up 6 cents just after markets opened this morning.
