National Home Health Care Corp., a Scarsdale-based provider of home health-care services, said a special committee of its board met Wednesday and decided that an offer to buy the company from Premier Home Health Care Services Inc. of White Plains is superior to one from Angelo Gordon & Co. Manhattan investment bank Angelo Gordon, which offered $12.50 a share, has four days to match the terms of the deal.
