Commercial real-estate focus of new radio show

RocklandWorldRadio.com, an Internet radio Web site, will begin broadcasting a program about Rockland commercial real estate on June 19 at 9:30 a.m. Lynn Teger and Erik Melanson of Teger Commercial LLC, a West Haverstraw-based commercial real-estate firm, will host the new show, known as Commercial Corner. The duo’s first guest will be former Legislator Alden Wolfe discussing paint-sludge cleanup along the border of Hillburn and Mahwah, N.J., where the Ford Motor Co. once had a plant.
