Developer Louis Cappelli’s Valhalla company has launched an interactive Web site to post information and take questions about the company’s projects. The site is at www.Cappelli-info.com. Cappelli Enterprises Inc.’s other site, www.cappelli-inc.com, is also still active. Cappelli is the developer of some of the largest residential and business complexes in the region. But the company suffered a setback recently when the Common Council in White Plains effectively killed a plan to build a $1 billion complex of office and residential towers near the White Plains Metro-North train station. The council denied Cappelli’s request for exclusive rights to develop a plan for the city-owned site. Cappelli then withdrew the project.
