Eileen Fisher Inc., an Irvington-based fashion designer and retailer, has been named one of the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America for the fourth year in a row. The list was announced by Society for Human Resource Management and selected and ranked by the Great Place to Work Institute. The results were based on a randomly distributed employee opinion survey that included questions about workplace cultures.
