Atlas gets more Japan trips

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings Inc., the air cargo carrier in Purchase, said its Polar Air Cargo Worldwide Inc. subsidiary will expand operations in Japan. Polar has gotten approval for six weekly trips to Japan, excluding Tokyo. The company already had six frequencies to Tokyo, the company said. The new approval also gives the company the right to fly to two additional destinations beyond Japan.
