Empire City at Yonkers Raceway receiving kudos for hiring disabled

Empire City at Yonkers Raceway will be honored by New York state’s Office of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities in a ceremony Oct. 9 at the Doral Arrowwood in Rye Brook. October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month. While 75 businesses are receiving regional awards across New York, Empire City is just one of four businesses receiving statewide awards.
