New Rochelle’s Trump Plaza grand opening is Tuesday

Billionaire Donald Trump, developer Louis Cappelli, and local officials will be on hand Tuesday night for the grand opening of Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, the city’s 40-story luxury condo tower. The 390-foot tower will have 194 units, more than 70 percent of which are already sold, Cappelli Enterprises said last month.
