There were no bonuses in fiscal 2007 for LeCroy Corp. President and Chief Executive Officer Thomas H. Reslewic and other top managers at the Chestnut Ridge oscilloscope manufacturer, according to the company proxy released this week. LeCroy said in April it had cut 40 jobs and laid off its chief operating officer as part of a restructuring aimed at saving $7 million to $8 million. Reslewic’s base salary for 2007 remained at $400,000, the same as in 2005 and 2006. Last year he also collected a $365,500 bonus. LeCroy expensed his stock awards for 2007 at $498,000. He also retains use of a LeCroy-leased car, a perk that’s valued at $30,000.
