Citibank opens New Rochelle Finanial Center

Citibank has opened a financial center at 238 North Ave. in New Rochelle. The bank will provide financial services for consumers and small businesses. Representatives can assist customers in Spanish and Creole. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the week, except for Thursday, when itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The bank is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
