PepsiCo Inc., the soft drink and snack food company based in Purchase, will divide itself into three operating units and shuffle its management team.

The company said this morning it will have units known as PepsiCo Americas Foods, PepsiCo Americas Beverages and PepsiCo International. PepsiCo International will include all businesses in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Mike White, the company’s vice chairman and the chief executive of PepsiCo International, will continue to lead this unit.

Through the first three quarters of the year, the businesses in the Americas Foods unit accounted for 45 percent of the company’s revenues. The Americas Beverages businesses brought in 30 percent and the businesses in the international division about 25 percent.
