The hotel giant has an agreement with an affiliate of The Buccini/Pollin Group to open the hotel at the Dulles Parkway Center in Dulles, Va., in February 2010. Element Dulles North will incorporate ecologically friendly materials, including carpets made from 100 percent recycled materials and low toxicity paint, to improve indoor air quality.
