Business Council of Westchester President and Chief Executive Officer Marsha Gordon will speak at Ã¢â‚¬Å“Avoiding the Next Berger Commission: The Role of Community Health Planning In New York State,Ã¢â‚¬? a conference in Albany on Nov. 27.
