New headquarters in Yonkers

Advanced Home Performance Solutions, a company that weatherizes homes and commercial buildings, will begin operations at its new headquarters at 578 Nepperhan Ave. in Yonkers Tuesday.
The company will hold a ceremony followed by an open house that will include demonstrations and information.
The company is an accredited contractor with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s $martSM Program.
The company inspects homes and makes suggestions on how the owners can save energy. The state has grants and low-interest loans to cover the improvements for homeowners who qualify.
