DLC buys another Southeast shopping center

DLC Management Corp., a Tarrytown company that owns and runs shopping centers, said it has acquired Bethesda Walk, a 68,271-square-foot community shopping center in Lawrenceville, Ga. Bethesda Walk was built in 2003 and is near a roadway traveled by 33,000 vehicles a day. It’s anchor store is Publix, a supermarket, but it also contains a number of local and regional retailers and restaurants. DLC also owns Lawrenceville Town Center and 12 additional shopping centers in the Atlanta area.
