Banquet pavilion opens in Cortlandt Manor

Hollow Brook Golf Club in Cortlandt Manor recently opened a 2,800-square foot banquet pavilion that is designed for corporate events, private parties and weddings. The pavilion, which is now is now accepting reservations from the public, can accommodate events with up to 200 guests. The complex features views of the golf course and surrounding mountains.
