Commerce Bank to open Rockland branch

Commerce Bank said that it expects to open its latest branch in Rockland County later this month. The branch at South Main Street and Elinor Place in Clarkstown will the fifth for the bank in Rockland. The expansion is part of the long-range plan of the Cherry Hill, N.J.-based bank to build a network more than 400 branches in the metro New York area.
