General Patent Corp. International, a Suffern-based patent licensing firm, announced that its client, Digital Technology Licensing LLC has licensed a patent to cell phone giant Nokia. The agreement with Nokia is the first major licensing deal for Digital Technology. The patented technology covers speech coding used in cell phone communications.
