Grand Lux Realty expanding into Rockland, other counties

Armonk-based Grand Lux Realty Inc. is expanding its service to include the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing System, which includes the counties of Rockland, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan.

The company already serves Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and the Bronx.

Grand Lux Realty is a discount listing service that charges a $495 fee to place their customers’ homes on the multiple listing service, or MLS. Grand Lux Realty charges a 2.5 percent commission if a broker sells the property and no commission if the customer finds a buyer on their own.
