Provident shareholders to choose board

Four members of the board of directors of the parent company of Provident Bank stand for re-election at the company’s annual meeting Feb. 21 at 11 a.m. at the Holiday Inn at 3 Executive Blvd. in Montebello.
The incumbents are Vice Chairman Dennis L. Coyle, owner and president of Denlo Realty Corp. and owner of Dennis L. Coyle Rental Properties; George Strayton, president and chief executive of Provident; attorney Victoria Kossover; and Burt Steinberg, executive director of The Dress Barn. Inc. of Montebello.
The bank’s parent company, Provident New York Bancorp, is based in Montebello.
