The New York State Office of General Services announced apparent low bidders for work at Sing Sing Correctional Facility in Ossining. They are:
• Burke Electrical Construction Inc. of Goshen, offering a bid of $16,900 for electrical work.
• D.C.I. Danaco Contractors Inc. of North Babylon, N.Y., offering a $28,974 bid for heating and ventilation.
• Centennial Elevator Ind. Inc. of Long Island City, N.Y., offering a $425,100 bid for elevator work.
