EpiCept prices shares at 92.95 cents each

EpiCept Corp. of Tarrytown, a biotech company, said today its public offering of 5.4 million shares of common stock would price the shares at 92.25 cents a share. The company said it expects to net $4.7 million on the offering, and will use the funds for general corporate purposes. EpiCept also said its five-year warrants to purchase up to 2.7 million shares of common stock would have an exercise price of 86 cents a share.
