IDA approves grant for women’s center

The Westchester County Industrial Development Agency approved a $50,000 grant for the Women’s Enterprise Development Center. The White Plains-based center said it trained more than 1,530 entrepreneurs in 2007, an increase of 4.6 percent from the previous year.
