On2 Technologies Inc. of Tarrytown said that it has delayed the filing of its 2007 annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company, which creates advanced video compression technologies for desktop and wireless systems, said it will wait to file the report until its board audit committee completes a review focused on transactions arising from customer contracts during 2007 for which On2 had previously recognized revenues.
The company said it expects revenue for the fourth quarter to be in the range of $6.2 million to $6.3 million and a loss per share to be in the range of 2 cents to 1 cent.
