Armonk-based IBM Corp. said this morning it has an agreement that will allow it to once again sell its goods and services to the federal government.
The company’s arrangement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ends a suspension imposed on IBM March 27. The government issued the suspension while it reviewed issues surrounding an EPA procurement.
IBM said in its statement today that it will continue to cooperate with the EPA’s investigation into possible violations of procurement law. The company said it will also cooperate with a related investigation by federal prosecutors in Virginia.
