Nutrition 21 has new director

Nutrition 21 Inc. of Purchase said today that Mark H. Stenberg was elected to the bioscience company’s board of directors. Stenberg was founder and chief executive officer of Iceland Health, a marketer of fish oil and omega-3 supplements. Nutrition 21 bought the company in August 2006.
