Health club operator takes lease in Elmsford

Town Sports International LLC, which owns and runs health clubs in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, has signed a lease for 81,686 square feet of office and flex space at 399 Executive Blvd. in Elmsford. The lease is for 10 years, Mack-Cali Realty Corp., the owner of the building, announced.
