Breakfast topic: solutions for a soft economy

“Business Solutions in a Soft Economy” will be the topic of Wednesday’s Monthly Breakfast Club meeting of the African-American Chamber of Commerce of Westchester and Rockland.
Clarence Stanley, director of the Small Business Development Center at Lehman College, will speak. The event takes place from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the chamber office at 100 Stevens Ave. in Mount Vernon.
