Kentucky firm in lead for prison window contract

The New York State Office of General Services said a Louisville, Ky. company offered the lowest apparent bid out of eight companies to replace windows at Building Nos. 120 and 121 at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility in Bedford Hills.
Koch Corp. bid $1.61 million for the project. The contract is expected to be awarded after a complete review.
