Westchester tourism center opens Friday

The Westchester County Tourism Information Center in Eastchester will open Friday for its sixth season. The center is on the northbound Bronx River Parkway near Leewood Drive, Exit 9. It has pamplets for area attractions, hotels and events; the staff can answer questions. The center is open Fridays, 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and Sundays, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. through August 31. Call 914-779-6121.
