CFO named at Vision-Sciences

Katherine Wolf has been named executive vice president of corporate development and chief financial officer at Vision-Sciences Inc., an Orangeburg-based manufacturer of medical instruments.
Before joining Vision-Sciences, Ms. Wolf was a managing director at HSBC in its investment banking division and a founding member of the company’s health care group.
Yoav M. Cohen, the chief financial officer at Vision-Sciences since 2006, is leaving the company to accept a job as managing partner at NYC Advisors LLC, a financial advisory firm in White Plains.
