Bank names chief operating officer

Lynne C. Allan has been named chief operating officer at Community Bank of Orange.
In this position, Allan will be responsible for all the day-to-day operations of the Middletown-based bank. Allan has nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Most recently, she was senior vice president of marketing and human resources for Union State Bank in Orangeburg.
She was co-integration manager for Cleveland-based Key Corp.’s recent purchase of Union State Bank. Allan earned a masters degree in corporate communication from Iona College in New Rochelle and a bachelors degree in finance from Siena College in Loudonville.
