IBM to build bank call centers in Japan

IBM Corp. said that it has signed contracts to build a call center system for three Japanese banks. The call system will begin operation at Chiba Bank Ltd, the Daishi Bank Ltd, and the Hokkoku Bank Ltd between November 2009 and March 2010, according to IBM. The value of the contracts was not disclosed.
